Copylogic’s engineers are considered experts in their field and are often called on to help other copier companies in times of need.  We see this as a compliment and are always happy to help.

You can put your trust in Copylogic to be on time, every time & with our networked machines, you don’t even need to call us as the machine will do it for you!

Geography

Copylogic’s team of highly trained engineers can provide a 4 hour callout anywhere in the UK with the only exceptions being the Highlands.

When you buy networkable copiers & printers from Copylogic you don’t just buy a machine, you get our management software solution too!

What do our machines do to help save you time and money?

• Automatic toner ordering

  When you machine needs a toner it will email Copylogic for you and order one which will come free the next day addressed to the department the machine is in!

• Engineer request

  Should your machine need a service or have a fault the machine will email Copylogic and request an engineer so we can be proactive and address issues before you or your internal customer even knows!

• Meter readings

  These are collected automatically by email from the machines so we don’t have to call you for them!

Service charges

With a cost per copy service agreement from as little as .39p mono & 3.9p colour on our larger machines you get a superior service level as described above.  As well as a cost saving by using our unique equipment that is designed to run for an average 3 times longer between service intervals than all other business machines.
