Our print audits are free and are intended for us to be able to show you how you could reduce costs, be more environmentally friendly and provide more control.

What do I have to lose:

Absolutely nothing at all!  Once we have completed your free print audit we will produce a full report which is your property.  If you do not choose to take advantage of our suggestions, that’s fine.  There will be nothing to pay and at least you will have a better understanding of your network devices.

How does it work

You can either download via the internet or one of our trained engineers will visit you with a memory stick with the software. The software will then detect all network devices on multiple IP ranges and then monitor them over a period of time collecting date.  We usually suggest a month or two.

Our software cannot look at anything else other than your current printers & MFP’s and cannot cause any issues with security.
