Instant Intelligence Limited takes security very seriously and the Instant Intelligence Archiving service is highly secure. Only authorised users with a valid password and access code can access the system, and the areas they can get to are fully controlled by you or your partner on your behalf.

It's probably safer than you keeping the paper in a filing cabinet or the images on your own computers. Information flowing between our servers and your computer is encrypted using 128-bit SSL, so it's safer than sending a paper document or a CD in the post. Our systems are housed at one of the most secure data centres around, on state of the art equipment, automatically backed up multiple times every day.

Once logged in, users see their filing cabinets and folders within them just like folders on their PC. Files can be moved, dragged, printed, downloaded and renamed, depending on permissions, and new files can be uploaded or paper scanned straight into the system. These new files are automatically processed using Optical Character Recognition (OCR), so that the entire contents of pages uploaded to the system can be searched on instantly.

We have designed the system to be as simple to use as possible, and there is a full online help system to guide new users should they need it.
